The Health and Safety work act is the primary piece of legislation covering work place health and safety in the UK. The Health and Safety Executive and authorities are responsible for enforcing the rules to ensure that the correct guild lines are followed for the specific task. http://www.hse.gov.uk/legislation/hswa.htm I will use this when making my website by following the guidelines and taking regular breaks and not causing injury to myself. I will also include health and safety in my website by adding the correct information regarding risk and presentations when doing the activities.


Health and safety DSE is the legislation of the correct use of display screen equipment including lap tops, computers, phones, basically anything with a screen.
