location release

Location Release

Having   full   authority   to   do   so,   I   hereby   grant   Tom Moore  permission to use the property at W9 for the purposes of photographing and recording scenes for the
production

during the hours of       9-4  on the following days:              Monday, Wednesday, Thursday      
   .

Permission includes, but is not limited to, the right to bring cast, crew, equipment, props and
temporary sets onto the premises for the time specified. I understand that all items brought onto
the premises will be removed at the end of the production period and that the location will be
fully returned to its original condition.

It is further understood that any damage to the property will become the responsibility of the cast
and crew.
